I shed tears reading this wonderful story Susan. When my mother passed away our Golden Retriever searches the house for her and laid on her bed. When my son was in a fatal accident his dog ShyShy wouldn’t eat / I had a shirt of my son’s that was not washed and she curled up in it. She crossed the Rainbow Bridge on his birthday. In Case Of Accident, My Blood Type Is Coca-Cola Shirt. This was such a beautiful and amazing and inspiring story. Such a sweet-hearted dog who needed to pair with an untainted human that has a purely new clean slate in life which has no judgment or fear only love and hope and pure acceptance of the heart towards any other living thing. And then the reconnecting of her pup is incredible. This family is so blessed I thank them so much for sharing their story. I'm a huge animal lover and this makes my heart and soul weep with tears of love and happiness to know these wonderful things exist. We have two chiweenies here under our roof. The one that needed the most work after abuse was Sadie. She’s black with apricot feet and belly patch. And her hair is long and soft. When we rescued her, her name was Margret. She was small and just skin and bones. In Case Of Accident, My Blood Type Is Coca-Cola Shirt.

My mom saw her and felt an immediate connection. When we all were able to meet her, we brought her home. For 6 months, she didn’t make a peep. We figured she just didn’t make much noise until our Boston Sampson was barking and nudging at her on my mom's bed one day. Then she just let out this yip. She scared herself with it! We all just looked at each other and agreed that Sam was teaching her how to bark! Now we can’t get her to shut up! Sadly, Sam has passed away, but she has a new little brother named Jake who keeps her entertained. But boy, without Sam, she probably wouldn’t have known how to bark or play.
