Beautiful people, the message definitely is getting through and it is a good one. I really wished my dogs would cooperate, my eldest dog is 14 and her pup (now 4) is constantly trying to attack her to the point we had to separate them. Now the youngest of the four (at 3 years) is trying to do the same thing. All of them are rescues but not from a shelter. Our first dog Tonks, border collie blue heeler mix. She was going to be shot and killed because the people didn't want her anymore. She was 5 months old. Our second dog Peaches a Dotson mix was being abused. I watched the family 2 kids lay on top of her when she was a puppy and sling her around. One of our dogs is a puppy of Tonks. She chose us. I wouldn't have done it any differently. My rescues have come so far, you could say my house is chaotic, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Always room at my house for an animal that needs a home

And our newest family member is a Pitt mix names lily. My husband's friend showed up with a puppy and said the people still had more to give away. We decided to go look at them only. But after seeing the condition of the place we had to take her. It's taking time to potty train her because she had never been outside in her life. She had been taught that the house was the bathroom. But she's just a baby and loves to cuddle. And she is catching on quick. So now we have a huge hyper puppy loving family. I don't care how old my dogs get, they will forever be my puppies.
