I don't know how someone can look at a dog's eyes then treat them like they do at puppy mills. It's a damn shame these people that run puppy mills are criminals. Thank you for saving all of these little dog's God Bless you for your special work. I had an African Grey parrot who pulled most of his feathers out well nearly all of them. After he was found a mate and had chicks together he never touched his feathers again. When birds land on someone's head is because they are showing that person whos boss. So that's why that parrot likes to go on her head and it's clearly the boss of her.
