Hocking Hills. Was just there over Memorial Day weekend. We have lots in Michigan to look at, but nothing like that place! I also live in SE Michigan, the Athens/Hocking Hills area is awesome. Detroit has so much more going for it, great music and arts scene, amazing urban exploring, great food, the Lions and Tigers if you like sports. If you don't believe the stereotype Detroit is vibrant and full of life. Everything in Dayton is mediocre at best and the people all look like zombies


That's where all the fun is! You'll see shit in those small towns that I guarantee you'll never see anywhere else in the world. Are you also from Cincinnati? (Technically I'm in Northern Kentucky but that's only a five-minute drive). I don’t live there anymore but I moved to Cincy when I was 9 and lived there for about 13 years before my family moved. I actually hated Cincinnati growing up because I moved there from Chicago which I thought at the time was the best city ever.

If they need to climb up trees they can, but then again, I’ve never seen a cat in constant pain because of Being de-clawed. I think that if you get it done by a vet with experience and with a passion for these animals, they’ll do it in a way that hurts them the least in terms of long-term health.  A friend told me the story of someone they knew who had to make a decision whether or not to declaw their cat or give them antibiotics for the rest of their cat's life because it had some kind of

The store clerk said I should consider declawing as she did on her cat. I said no it's very cruel and damaging operation on cats. Her response was "oh I found a very good vet to do it for mine". I didn't report it and I certainly should have done more to let her know why it's so inappropriate.
